Delivery

UK delivery -

Items are sent using Royal Mail. We provide the following services:

  • Standard Delivery - 2-4 working days

  • Next Day Delivery (Orders must be placed by 6pm evening before Monday - Thursday for next day dispatch)

We aim to dispatch orders within 2 working days. Please note during busy periods this may take longer.

Unfortunately shipping delays are out of our control and the delivery times mentioned are estimations set by the couriers.

International Delivery:

Items are sent using Royal Mail. We offer standard delivery (3-5) working days.

If you need an item urgently please contact us for a quote on shipping charges.

Collect In Store:

We also have an option for selecting ‘Local Pick Up’ in the shipping option. All collections can be picked up from Boutiq1, Cambridge House, 84-86 Randal Street, Blackburn, BB1 7LG during store opening hours. Please note, we reserve the right to cancel and refund any website purchases not picked up within 7 days.

Returns

Thank you for shopping with us! We want to ensure you're completely satisfied with your purchase. Please note, all sales are final and we do not offer refunds. However, we are happy to offer exchanges. Please inform us within 3 days of receiving your item that you wish to exchange the item. Item must be in its original condition with tags intact.

How to Complete an Exchange:

To initiate an exchange, please message us via the ‘Contact us’ page within 3 days of receiving your item with your order number, the reason for return and the dress you wish to exchange with. We aim to respond within 3 working days and will provide a return address. If you do not receive a response within 3 working days please contact us on 07737406238.

Please note the return postage is the buyers responsibility.

Alternatively, we will be happy to provide a credit note to be spent in store or online. Credit notes will be valid for 2 months from the date the item has been received.

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, you will be notified via email whether your exchange has been approved or declined. If approved, we will promptly process the exchange and ship your new item. Please allow a few days for us to prepare and ship your exchange.

Late or Missing Items:

If you have not received your item within 5-7 business days please track your order using the provided tracking number to check its status. If you believe you’ve missed your parcel, we recommend contacting your local post office.

If you’ve already checked the tracking information and still haven’t received your item, please reach out to us on the Contact page for further assistance.

Sale Items:

Please note that sale items are not eligible for exchange.

Return Shipping:

To return your item, please ship it to the address provided in our confirmation email. You will be responsible for the cost of return shipping. The new item will not be sent out until postage has been paid.

Depending on your location, shipping times for exchanges may vary. For higher-value items, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, to cover for any loss of items.
